The Books & Research book order service consists of several parts:

• RFQ - We strive to make our quotes as accurate as possible. Unlike competitors who often submit price quotes for books that are no longer in print or unavailable, Books & Research believes that the customer should always be fully informed. For example, if a title requested will not be printed for several months, we will inform our customer and allow them the option of substitution, cancellation or waiting. Additionally, our shipping quotes are based on exact weight not some estimated figure. Finally, we will also make sure that titles requested are the most current version.
• Customer Service & Customer Portal - Our customer service moto is "we are always an email or phone call away." In addition to our responsive customer service, we also offer customers access to our portal via the web. Using the portal, customers can check real-time the status of current orders, as well as view invoices and order history.
• Firm Fixed Orders - Our quoted costs are all inclusive. It is as simple as "what we quote is what you will pay." But we go further: we will not quote you for a book that we know to be unavailable. Customers know that if we quote on a title, they will not only get the title at the cost we quoted, but they know the book is available.

• Processing & Cataloging Services - Whether a customer requires just their libraries property lable be affixed or that each item be assembled to an elaborate specification including smart barcodes, RFID chips, and corresponding electronic records-- we can deliver books to your exact order.
